Fried tope (shark fish)


Ingredients:
600 gr tope slices (cut in pieces of 5x5 cm) | 150 gr oil | The juice of  a lemon | 1 teaspoon of mustard | Salt | Black pepper | Cumin | oregano.

Instructions:
We salt the fish, at least 2 hours before cooking, and we put it in a shallow pan (that is, ), which must be small but suitable to contain all the tope pieces. We pour enough cold water for the fish to be covered. Then we put our utensil over heat. When it comes to a boil we add the oil as well as the mustard, the spices and the lemon juice after 15-20 minutes. We shake the tavas well and after a minute we remove from heat. Our food is ready.
