Meatballs with tuna and tarama


Ingredients:
250 gr. Tuna (canned) | 2-3 thick slices of stale bread | 1-2 tablespoons Taramas | 2-3 onions, grated | 3-4 cloves garlic melted oregano | A little grated black pepper | 1 sachet of dry yeast | Olive oil for frying

Instructions:
Soak the bread and squeeze well. Melt tuna with a fork. Mix everything and knead. Le the dough thickens slightly and then fry the meatballs over low heat for not grab adding fleur to them.
