Slowly I begin to sense that I am speaking with God, with the Spirit of God. I begin to realize that I'm not imprisoned at all, but rather that Christ has set me free.
He is the One Whom I have loved: it is Him that I have sought, and so it is to Him that I am speaking. He is the One to Whom I address myself, as if He were sitting opposite me, and at the same time closer to me than my own self.
