Ingredients: (for 6 servings)
Half a kilo of orzo | 2 onions | 3 cloves of garlic | 200 gr oil | salt | black pepper | some tomato paste.

Instructions:
We peel the onions and the garlic and we chop them in small pieces. We put them in a “tavas” (deep frying pan with a lid and handles) and we sauté them over low heat. Then we pour two liters of water in the tavas and when it starts to boil, we lower the heat. Afterwards, we add the orzo and we stir all the ingredients well. When they start to boil, we add some tomato paste, as well as the salt and pepper. We put the orzo in a heat proof utensil and we bake to 180 degrees in preheat oven for about 20 minutes.
